Mr. Nguyen Ba Di, General Director of Phuc Thanh An Real Estate Joint Stock Company, announced that the project is named Ho Xuan Huong Luxury Apartments, with the commercial name The Poet Residence. The project is being constructed on a plot of land with three street frontages, covering an area of over 2,000 square meters, with the main facade located at 95-97-99 Ho Xuan Huong, in My An Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang City.

According to the design, the apartment building will consist of two basement levels, 25 stories above ground, and a penthouse, with a total constructed area of over 30,000 square meters, including 275 luxury apartments and three floors of commercial services and amenities.
