Phuc Thanh An Real Estate Joint Stock Company was established in 2018 in Da Nang City, Vietnam. However, it has over 30 years of experience as a pioneering Vietnamese investor in high-tech agriculture and forestry development in the Lao People's Democratic Republic, with a total investment of 20 million USD. This investment has contributed to the economic and social development between Vietnam and Laos.

Although we are "latecomers" in the field of investing in high-end apartments, we see this as an opportunity to learn from the successes and failures of earlier companies to minimize risks.
