Da Nang - With a progress payment method offering a 3.5% discount, customers can own a beachfront apartment in the Ngũ Hành Sơn district

The Newtown Diamond luxury apartment complex is currently applying a policy of a 3.5% discount on the selling price for payments made according to progress, requiring only a 20% deposit of the apartment's value to sign the sales contract.

In the following 10 payment installments, buyers will only need to pay 5% of the apartment's value in each installment. The remaining amount will be paid upon receiving the house and the ownership certificate.
