Da Nang Approves Investor for The Poet Residence Apartment Project with Investment of Over 792 Billion VND
The Da Nang People's Committee recently issued a decision to approve the investment policy and the investor for the Ho Xuan Huong Apartment Project (The Poet Residence) by Phuc Thanh An Real Estate Joint Stock Company. The project will comprise 275 units, with an investment of over 792 billion VND.

According to the decision of the Da Nang People's Committee, the goal of the Ho Xuan Huong Apartment Project (The Poet Residence) is to invest in the construction of a commercial apartment complex for sale and rental offices, equipped with new, synchronized, and modern facilities to meet the needs of residents and businesses in the area.
The total number of apartments in the project is 275, including 267 apartments and 8 penthouses. The height of the apartment tower is 95 meters, comprising 25 floors above ground, a penthouse, and 2 basement levels. Phuc Thanh An Real Estate Joint Stock Company is the investor with an investment of over 792 billion VND.
The project location is at 95-97-99 Ho Xuan Huong Street, My An Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang City (land parcel No. 152, map sheet No. 62).
According to the author's documents, Phuc Thanh An Real Estate Joint Stock Company was established in April 2018, headquartered at 426 Vo Nguyen Giap Street, My An Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang City.
Its main business activities include real estate trading, land use rights owned, used, or leased.
Phuc Thanh An Real Estate Joint Stock Company is currently represented legally by Mr. Nguyen Ba Di, the Director.
The company initially had a charter capital of 70 billion VND, with Mr. Nguyen Duy Phuc contributing 21 billion VND (30%), Mr. Nguyen Duy Bao contributing 28 billion VND (40%), Mr. Nguyen Ba Di contributing 7 billion VND (10%), and Ms. Pham Thi Hong contributing 7 billion VND (10%), all residing at the same address on Hung Vuong Street, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City; Mr. Phan Huu Hai contributed 7 billion VND (10%).
